Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 May 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how KeslerLab Ltd (“KeslerLab”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through the website at keslerlab.co. We are a small, independent product studio registered in England & Wales, with our registered office in Mildenhall, Suffolk. We act as the data controller for information collected through this site.

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible, and to be clear about what we do with it. If anything on this page is unclear, write to us at info@keslerlab.co.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. If you contact us through the form on our site or by email, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We only ask for what's needed to respond.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server access logs, including IP address, user agent, referrer, and the URL requested. These are used to operate the site, diagnose errors, and protect against abuse.

What we do not collect. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, social media pixels, or behavioural profiling. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

2. Cookies

keslerlab.co does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting provider for security or session purposes; these are not used to identify you across sites.

3. Lawful basis

We process your personal data on the following bases under the UK GDPR:

Legitimate interests — to operate the website, respond to enquiries you initiate, and keep the service secure. Consent— where you voluntarily provide information through the contact form or email. Legal obligation — where we are required to retain records (for example, basic accounting records).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a working relationship begins, in which case relevant correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site and our email — including web hosting and email infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purpose of providing their services to us.

We do not sell personal data and we do not transfer it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers operate outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent safeguards.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@keslerlab.co. We will respond within one month.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, and the principle of least privilege.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
