Terms of Use

The Site is an informational website describing KeslerLab and the products and services it offers. It is not a product, an application, or a user account system: there is nothing to sign up for, no account to create, and no contact form to submit. If you want to reach us, email is the only channel.

Use of any KeslerLab product — such as Avora — is governed by separate terms specific to that product, not by these Terms.

You may view, browse, quote reasonably from, and link to the Site for personal or professional reference, provided you do not alter the content or misrepresent your relationship with KeslerLab. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
• Scrape, mirror, or otherwise systematically extract content, other than reasonable indexing by search engines
• Transmit any material that is harmful, defamatory, or infringing, or introduce malicious code
• Interfere with the operation or availability of the Site, or place unreasonable load on it

We may restrict or withdraw access to the Site if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, layout, design, code, graphics, and the KESLERLAB name and marks — is owned by or licensed to KeslerLab and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use any KeslerLab name, mark, or content other than as expressly permitted here.

Client names, logos, and project imagery shown as work examples remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification and portfolio purposes only.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Linking does not constitute endorsement, and following an external link is at your own risk.

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice and should not be relied upon as such. Descriptions of services, timelines, and outcomes are illustrative; nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice, including for maintenance or for changes to the services we describe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under English law.

Subject to that, KeslerLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Our handling of personal data in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. In short: the Site carries no analytics or advertising trackers, and sets a single functional cookie (nf_lang) to remember your language preference for one year.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this address, with the revision date shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you access the Site as a consumer resident outside England & Wales, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms are between you and KeslerLab; no third party has any right to enforce them.
